This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun. The rooms were dirty, the furniture was old, worn out, and broken, and we found roaches in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable, and it did not match the standards that were advertised. I would not recommend staying here and definitely would not return.

Room was okay, good food, more choices of restaurants, but my room didn't get water bottles refill everyday, and also there was 2 -3 times power outages in the first day, the power outage all day during daytime of our second day which was extremely hot and uncomfortable especially we were travelling with small kids

My wife and I spent one week at this beautiful resort with the most talented, caring and friendly hotel staff especially the receptionist who upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with spectacular views of the swimming pool and Carribean Sea. The hotel is closer to all main activities and 10 minutes walking to one of the largest grocery stores and restaurants. The party zone was walking distance and the area was very safe and inviting. Unlike the other all incusive hotels, this hotel has restaurants and the prices were much cheaper and affordable. We bought groceries and made sandwiches and made breakfast. The Travel desk was so helpful and we booked our trips to Chichin Itza and had a great time. Special thanks to Alberto and Cinthia Fl for helping us with everything and made our visit very special. I strongly recommend for families and couples to stay in this beautiful resort hotel.
